Staff regularly attend both in-house and external training courses to broaden knowledge. We are proud to boast a loyal and dedicated team of highly skilled commercial cleaning professionals and supervisors with extensive experience in a diverse range of building cleaning. The majority of our staff hold a valid CSCS card and are CRB checked. Our staff attend regular external training seminars to keep abreast of the latest cleaning standards and techniques. C&G Cleaning take the issue of health and safety of our employees very seriously. Staff receive induction training and specialist training to ensure we comply with up to date health and safety legislation. Audits are routinely undertaken by our health and safety advisor. Quality assurance measures are in place to review projects throughout their progress and regular contact with an Area Supervisor is maintained to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. All projects awarded to C&G Cleaning are scheduled in by our helpful office team and passed to operations for project planning in agreement with the specific requirements, timeframes and methodology required. Teams of highly qualified operatives and supervisors are briefed in the detailed specification of the project and a project manager assigned. Project managers and senior management are available at all times via our office or by mobile.
